1. Services Provided

Ben the Physics Tutor offers online tutoring services in physics and mathematics, including group classes, one-to-one sessions, homework support, and digital learning resources. Services are provided online via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom).

2. Eligibility

By using our Website or services, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age, OR

  • A parent/guardian enrolling your child in our tutoring program.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Payment is required prior to the start of a course or session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change.

  • We accept payments through e-transfer and PayPal.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of tutoring services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Group Classes: Fees are non-refundable once the class has started.

  • One-to-One Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.

5. Student Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to attend sessions on time and be prepared with the necessary materials.

  • Respectful behavior is required at all times. We reserve the right to remove a student from a session without refund if disruptive behavior occurs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All teaching materials, recordings, worksheets, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Ben the Physics Tutor.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Tutoring is intended as academic support and does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or admission outcomes.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our Website or services.

8. Privacy
